Position Title

Experienced Scheduler – Remote (ABA Services)

Job Type

Part-Time (25+ hours/week), with potential to move to Full-Time

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Company Overview

We are a mission-driven and fast-growing ABA company providing compassionate, evidence-based services. We’re looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our remote operations team and help ensure that our clients and clinicians stay connected through efficient scheduling.

Work Schedule

Required availability: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM (local time)
Additional flexible hours throughout the day
Minimum of 25 hours per week, with opportunity for full-time expansion

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions across multiple teams and locations
Communicate with clients and staff to confirm availability and resolve conflicts
Maintain schedule integrity using software like Aloha
Lead and take notes for a weekly scheduling call
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient scheduling workflows

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant scheduling experience (ABA or healthcare preferred)
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
Familiarity with Aloha scheduling software is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge of California labor law and employment compliance
Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a remote team

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

We provide quality behavior analysis services for schools, families, and students of all ages and capabilities. We use behavior-analytic science to analyze student behaviors and skills and develop interventions and programming to decrease problematic behavior and increase appropriate functioning. We provide functional behavioral assessments, functional analyses, full-time instructional RBT aides, as well as consultation services.
